What Do We Expect From You?

Your personal full-time involvement

We expect you to be hands-on and fully involved in running the business on a day-to-day basis. All our business partners are totally focused and many have discontinued other ventures they were associated with when they took on the RM franchise.

The principal roles you will need to fulfill are in the domains of sales, faculty, counselor and general administration, each of which will be explained in detail by our Partnership team.

Your role as a faculty member

We insist that you be a part of the faculty team and take a minimum number of classes every week. Each and every RM employee above a certain seniority level has to complete a minimum number of teaching hours every month - this is the way we work (even our top management cannot escape this rule!). We expect you to have a good educational background, be passionate about education and motivated (and competent) to take classroom sessions to the desired RM quality levels.

Basic infrastructure

You need to provide the following basic infrastructure:

• A classroom with a minimum floor area of 800 sq. ft. in a high visibility area (centrally located)
• The premises could either be owned by you or leased for at least 3 years
• Manpower - both for sales and teaching
• Trainers to conduct classroom sessions (an top level English trainer must be on board when you approach us and a trained lawyer brought on board shortly after)
• Front office equipment
• Basic classroom equipment including LCD projector and classroom audio system.
